Dans cet article je vais vous présenter un peu plus en détail quelles sont mes activités, et les quelques évènements auxquels j’ai participé.

D’une part, Brno For You organise des Youth Exchanges et des Training Courses qui sont des projets Erasmus + qui permettent à des jeunes et adultes de toute situation de partir à l’étranger pour apprendre et partager.

D’autre part, l’organisation s’investit dans la communauté locale en créant et participant à des ateliers ou des événements, ou en travaillant en collaborant avec différentes NGO.

Cependant, afin d’être plus viable économiquement, Brno For You cherche de plus en plus à s’orienter auprès des institutions et entreprises en proposant des activités de team-building, d’inclusion ou de lutte contre les préjugés et stéréotypes par exemple.

Lorsque je suis au bureau, mes principales activités sont donc d’ordre marketing, en créant des flyers, bannières, articles, etc. Régulièrement, nous nous rendons dans des écoles ou des universités afin de faire la promotion de l’organisation et faire découvrir Erasmus +.

Nous faisons aussi des ateliers créatifs, et nous avons à imaginer et organiser les notre. Je me suis aussi beaucoup occupé de la décoration du bureau à l’aide de bombes à graffiti.

Chaque semaine nous allons dans un centre pour adultes et enfants avec un handicap, pour aider aux ateliers et faire des journées interculturelles. Aussi nous allons bientôt travailler dans un centre d’activité avec des jeunes et dans une garderie pour enfants.

Enfin nous organisons l’évènement Human Library qui vise à lutter contre les stéréotypes et préjugés. Nous avons travaillé en partenariat avec Ikea, et au vu du succès, nous allons reproduire cela avec eux dans toute la République Tchèque !

Voilà, mes activités sont plutôt variées et c’est cela qui me plaît ! Il y a d’autres types d’activités que j’aimerai expérimenter comme donner des cours de Français, mais cela j’en parlerai ultérieurement quand ce mini projet sera mieux avancé.

In this article I will present you in a little more detail what are my activities, and some of the events in which I have participated.

On the one part, Brno For You organises Youth Exchanges and Training Courses which are Erasmus+ projects that allow young people and adults from all backgrounds to go abroad to learn and share.

On the other side, the organization is involved in the local community by creating and participating in workshops or events, or by working with different NGOs.

However, in order to be more economically viable, Brno For You is looking more and more to orient itself towards institutions and companies by offering team-building, inclusion or activities to fight against prejudices and stereotypes for example.

When I am in the office, my main activities are therefore marketing, creating flyers, banners, articles, etc. We regularly visit schools or universities to promote the organisation and introduce Erasmus +.

We also do creative workshops, and we have to imagine and organize our own. I also did a lot of decorating the office with graffiti bombs.

Every week we go to a centre for adults and children with disabilities, to help with workshops and intercultural days. Also we will soon be working in an activity centre with young people and in a kindergarten.

Finally, we are organizing the Human Library event, which aims to fight stereotypes and prejudices. We have worked in partnership with Ikea, and in view of the success, we will replicate this with them all over the Czech Republic!

That's it, my activities are quite varied and that's what I enjoy! There are other types of activities that I would like to experiment with, such as teaching French courses, but I will talk about this later when this mini project will be better advanced.
